Vintage Chief of Police handcuffs, NO KEYS, with 6688 etched into metal. The vintage holster looks to be patent leather style with some light cracking lines and other wear. These are real service handcuffs that have seen years of use on the streets by Sergeant D. Parrish who is thought to be deceased and found in his estate.
