VINTAGE CELLULOID - 2 PIECE NODDING DOG

This is a Vintage Celluloid - 2 Piece Nodding Dog!
Wonderful vintage celluloid Nodding Dog, appears to be a hound or a beagle, brown collar
Two pieces, when weighted head is seated in opening, dog’s head will ‘nod’ up and down
Measures approximately 4” long x 2.75” tall
Marked ‘JAPAN’ on left side, near back leg
No cracks or dents
Wear consistent with age:  light surface wear, pinpoint hole at top of dog’s tail (see photo #5), a black mark on upper spine
