Toy Double Barrel Shotgun 21 1/2 Inches Long With Wood Stock

I believe this is is a toy cork or BB double barrel shot gun.  It is approximately 21 1/2 inches long made out of metal with a wood stock.  I have no idea if, or how it works.  The gun has scratches, but looks and displays very well.  I can find no manufacturer name.  It was probably made in the 1950's.  This one has been stored for decades, and may have other blemishes, or may not work, so look at the pictures and judge for yourself.
