POST WW2 FINNISH ISSUED M40/55 GERMAN STEEL HELMET WITH REPLACEMENT LINER

Description

These were supplied throughout under special contract for the Finnish Army in 1955, hence, they have become known as the M40/55 helmet. However, these helmets were made in the same factory, on the same machines and by some of the very same people that produced them for Germany in WWII. They are nearly identical to WWII issue M40’s, (and are often sold as such) with the classic rolled edge, correct steel thickness, and pressed ventilation holes. These helmets are totally unmarked, as to avoid the allied ban on West Germany selling war materiel after WWII. The leather liners and chinstraps were made in Finland for the Finnish army, LINER SIZE IS MED (APROX 7 1/4) SOME LUMPS AND BUMPS ON THE TOP, NOTHING TOO BAD.

FOR COMBINED SHIPPING, ITEMS MUST BE PAID TOGETHER.
We cannot refund shipping overages once items have been paid. Send a message over and we will get you a combined invoice with the correct charges. We ship both domestically and worldwide on most items.
Within the United States, we offer shipping with USPS services. Most packages go USPS Priority, and single lightweight items can go USPS 1st Class. On rare occasions, large packages will be shipped via FedEx or USPS.
International
USPS Priority Mail Services.
Unless listed otherwise, this is the only service we offer for international shipping. While we understand they can be expensive, it is for the safety of your package. If First Class mail is not listed as an option for the package, please do not ask. We will not ship via First Class.
Most items have a 30 day window for returns. You need to contact us directly
before
this amount of time elapses. Refunds are only accepted on items that are still in the same condition as they are when they left the store i.e. original packaging. We can provide a full money back refund.
