Original 1960 Baby Dear Vogue Doll marked E. Wilkins Top Knot Precious Newborn

Original 1960 Baby Dear Vogue Doll marked E. Wilkins 1960 at the back of her neck and such a precious newborn. She has a small "top knot"of hair and such a realistic look and feel of a newborn sweetie.  She could probably use a professional cleaning but overall she is in pretty good condition for a baby doll 61 years old. One owner and well loved, she has some darker or dirty areas on her cloth body and a few small pink discolored areas on her legs. One finger is worn at the tip (I have shown in my photo) but it is not very noticeable. I think the snapped diaper is original but the light green dress is not but is from the 50's and shows some wear. She is a sweet treasure and you just want to hug her because of her darling face and little legs/feet and arms/hands!
