Old Chinese brass hand warmer with dragons chasing pearls

Welcome! For auction is this old Chinese brass hand warmer measuring appx. 8" wide at the largest dimension. Handle is solid brass. Four-clawed dragons chasing pearls on exterior and cover. Likely late 19th century. Small repair to interior which is evident on base on exterior. This is an old style repair with a small metal plate evident under patina and soot in interior. Corrosion and accretion in interior. Some corrosion on base. Piece has been cleaned and has little patina remaining on exterior. Small nicks ad dings, general wear and the like from age and use. Nice old piece. Please see images for details.
