HOPALONG CASSIDY Vintage CHUCKWAGON GARDEN - TOPPER'S "MAGIC GREEN PASTURE"

Description

This is a very unusual old Hopalong Cassidy piece. Apparently it is a play ranch set-up with seeds and growing mats to grow actual edible herbs. The package is about 12" x 9" and contains a Hoppy photo, instructions, a unused ranch graphic press-out set, two growing mats, and "Topper's Feed Bag" containing the seeds. I haven't found much on this set but will add to the listing with any additional information.
The graphic envelope package has some damage --a few creases, written numbers, light stains, and side and corner tears. The contents look really good. The growing mats look a little discolored. The ranch set is folded (thick paper) over a couple times and none of the pieces have been punched out but a couple small places have come loose. I'm not sure the brown western paper bag holding the seeds and mats is original.
