This catalog is pre-owned and in good condition.  The cover has wear/tear on the edges, corners and spine cover.  The spine cover has yellow tape on it, see photos.  The interior has yellowing and is all intact.  While flipping through I did see some pages that have small tears from page turning.  Fully illustrated!  Please use these photos as part of the description for this auction.  99 years old!  It is soft covered.  The binding is tight.  307 pages. Great collectible!
